We imported products that make you look good and feel great. We hope you love what you ordered. In case you are not completely satisfied with your AMOSOME purchase, for any reason, we will offer you an exchange.

Exchange Policy

Kindly note that the following conditions will be entertained for exchange policy:

  • We have checked every items before delivered. If you receive Defective/Faulty Item. Please take a snapshot and send to us at cs@amosome.com.
  • Exchange items must be done within 14 days max in unused, undamaged and original package from the delivered date. 
  • In case we do not have any available stock, you may select other designs. For prices above your original purchase, you can top up the difference. For prices below your original purchase, there is no refund.
  • Unfortunately, for the time being, there is no cash refund.
  • AMOSOME.com will not be liable for any third party merchandizes. Please mail the original receipt with the tag intact, unworn and unwashed.
  • You will be responsible for ALL the postages.
  • Prepare your package and leave a note with your receipt and email address. Send us the tracking number when you ship the package. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
  • Once we received your goods, we will notify you to reselect your goods with a code. We will not be able to track your new purchase during the exchange process. Wait for your exchange code. Hope you understand.
  • The difference of ½ inch to ¼ inch do not consider as defect.
